  • Guest：It is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill. Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them
  • Guest：This is a most satisfying experience. The hotel's design is very unique and the scenery is beautiful. The hot spring water is natural, making my skin smooth after soaking. I'm quite grateful to the lobby manager, Lv. He's warm and generous, with attentive and meticulous service. Always thinking from the guests' perspective, he offered me lots of help. I'll surely come again when passing by next time.
  • Guest：First things first I’d like to thank the administrators of the hotel for keeping it high?? We enjoyed the services provided to us, from helping to find our room, a shop to buy swimsuit to helping organize a gift for birthday during our stay?? The evening show with Chinese traditional dance and ballet was another pleasant surprise for us. Clean and well organized room kept us from worrying about the atmosphere and it was amazing. The fresh air, wonderful view, we will be happy to come here again!
  • Guest：Average facility, the hot spring is good. Location is far from city centre but there is daily shuttle bus connecting hotel and the train station.
